Backcountry Table 2026 Tickets & Camping Packages
We have three distinct camp packages for the weekend (Nature, RV Hook-up, Offgrid). Both the nature tent sites and the RV electrical hook up sites (30 amp electrical) have limited tickets available while our offgird camp zone has ample camping. Read on to learn more.
Ticket packages range from $175 - $203 CAD and sponsor/group packages start as low as $500 CAD. (Taxes x fees apply). Tickets are priced per person, but each ticket includes a campsite.
One ticket includes admission for one person plus one campsite for the weekend. Depending on your package, your campsite can accommodate a tent, camper van, RV, trailer, or additional vehicle. Additional guests are $50 per person and must be registered in advance. Children under 12 attend free.

Nature Camp Sites
Camp amongst the trees! These walk in sites are extremely limited. Please review the tickets details below:
Each ticket includes:
+1 person
+vehicle (not a drive up site)
+1 campsite (can fit up to 2 2 person tents) / tent pad
+Rustic / no services
+Full access to all Backcountry Table experiences, including workshops, skillsharing, and community events (and some tasty snacks).
+Launch Gift at entry
Additional Guests
Additional guests are welcome for a per-person fee (of $50) and must be registered in advance. Please add your additional co-pilots purchasing a ticket with this order. Kids under 12 free.
Food & Cooking
Backcountry Table is a bring-your-own-food experience.
You’ll cook your own meals, with plenty of opportunities to collaborate, share, and learn from others.
There will be some group meals (a pizza party where we provide the dough/sauce/cheese and you provide your fav toppings). If you have dietary restrictions or allergies please be prepared to support your needs.
What You Need to Bring:

+Cooking gear and supplies
+Food and water
A full packing list will be provided one week ahead of the event. We are offgrid and far from grocery stores once at Whitewater, come over prepared or plan to drive 20min into town. There is also no cell service, but we will have wifi closer to the main camp.
Workshops & Skillsharing
Your ticket includes access to:
+Hands-on cooking workshops
+Skillsharing sessions from chefs and participants
+Community-led demos and collaborative meals
Refund Policy
Early Bird / Launch special tickets are 50% refundable until Aug 1, 25% refundable after Aug 1
After Aug 1, regular priced tickets are 50% refundable until Aug 24, 25% refundable until Aug 29.
ALL Tickets are NON-refundable after August 30. We pay for the host location and your tickets support that reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
If you can’t attend, ticket transfers may be permitted. Please reach out to hello@backcountrytable.com prior to the event to arrange.
